Connection is possible only in the same zone and on a logical route from / to the airport and has an effect for 3 or 4 passengers
Number of passengers is the number of persons in the vehicle regardless of age.

Action when departing to the airport.
When you make a reservation it is recorded in our system. One day before the trip you will receive a text message to the mobile number you provided when booking.
We send text messages until 8 p.m. on the day prior the day of your trip. If you did not receive a text message up to 8 p.m., immediately send e-mail to drive@jumbo.rs or call ☎ +38165 303 55 88 to resolve any technical faults.
In the message, you will get the time of departure to the airport, which you can choose yourself. That time may be slightly adjusted depending on the timings of other passengers.
In the specified time, your driver will be at your address and transfer can begin. The driver will pick up other passengers on the route, but only in the logical way by which you move toward the airport.
Travel time will not be much longer than traveling directly, but it can happen that you are the only passenger for that departure.
Upon arrival to the airport, the driver will bring you to an incoming platform from which you will easily access the check-in point.
How do you return from the airport?
The day before your landing in Belgrade you will receive a text message up to 8 p.m to confirm that we are waiting for you the next day. If you get a text message, and you are not coming to Belgrade the next day, reply to the text message and let us know the exact date and time of your return. It may be that you have changed your plane ticket, and that we have not been informed.
When you land in Belgrade, and get the kiss & fly zone outside the airport building call your driver who is waiting for you at the airport, at the number which you got in the text message.
For shared transfers when all the passengers from your airplane gather, transfer starts, on the same logical route to your address.
What else should you know?
No matter how much the plane is late, we are waiting for you.
We are not a taxi service, but a travel agency that sells airline tickets and individual travel arrangements and provide the transfer to the airport in order to offer its passengers an additional service.
For passengers who arrive at the bus or railway station in Belgrade the same offer is valid for transportation to the airport.

The paid transfer is not refunded.
Transfer can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time and in this case can be used in another term as needed.
